In order to report a maintenance problem with your housing, please fill out the following information and we will endeavour to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Any problems reported to us before 11am can usually be dealt with the same day.

Please be as specific as possible
i.e. "the shower in the ensuite bathroom
does not get hot" instead of
"the shower does not work."
